Our lab attended the 5th International Neuroergonomics Conference that took place in Bordeaux, France. We were represented by Dr. Hasan Ayaz, Dr. Adrian Curtin, Ms. Zuhal Ormanoglu and Mr. Kevin Ramirez Chavez. Dr. Ayaz served in the organizing committee of the conference and gave a talk at the Multimodal hyperscanning in the context of team performance workshop. Ms. Ormanoglu won travel award for the conference. Drs. Curtin, Scannella and Ayaz organized and presented the Functional Near Infrared Spectroscopy Workshop. Dr. Curtin gave a talk titled “Really Working “Together”: Effects of Physical Presence on Synchrony in Expert and Novices during Cooperative E-Gaming”. Zuhal gave a talk on our recent project “Brain Activity and Facial Expression based Emotion Assessment in Toddlers with Autism”. Kevin presented a poster titled “Human-Environment Interaction: Multimodal Neuroergonomic Approach in Immersive Real-world Settings”. Below are some photos. 🙂
